The techniques really work, but only if you practice them and incorporate them into your treatments. Here are some tips to get the most out of them.- For your training, it is best to start with the first Secret Reiki Technique.
- Practice each technique for a while before adding the next.
- The techniques build on each other and are best understood if you practice them in the order 1-7.
- Practice again and again in between and treat the individual techniques like small meditations to train your perception.
- Incorporate the techniques into every treatment, if possible, in order to develop yourself further.
