In this meditation course I will show you how to increase your willpower in relaxation so that you can meditate effortlessly for up to 60 minutes.

Stamina, deep relaxation and an extraordinary ability of observation up to empathy are further effects that you will achieve by the way with the willpower meditation.  

I will show you in a relaxed way how to train an iron will in order to increase your stamina. Of course, this will also help you in other areas of life, because something like giving up will then be a thing of the past.

These are the best conditions for the rapid development of secret powers. Can you imagine that such secret powers lie dormant in you, just waiting to be awakened? Do you wonder what these powers are? I will name some of them in the course. Others you will find out yourself through the practice of willpower meditation. For this you will learn to observe the inside as well as the outside. The better you can distinguish between the inside and the outside, the easier it will be for you to see what belongs to you. In the same way you can go into compassion when you are there for others without suffering yourself.
